A family friend invited Evan and Kurt along on an overnight, father-son backpacking trip. Trevor was determined to go too. We were slightly nervous as to if he would be able to do it but we decided to let him go and try it out.
The boys excitedly packed their bags.

Oh, wait, maybe some shoes would be good!

Beginning of the hike.
The boys had a great time! And Trevor was a rock star! He did such a good job.
But he did come home wiped out! He slept for hours on the couch.
