That's right! We have another teenager in the house! Hailey turned 13!
She wanted and wanted and wanted a cell phone for her birthday. We didn't let Kayla get a phone until 14 so that was our age for getting a phone. But then, a few weeks before her birthday, we forgot to pick her up from her dance class. Whoops! Bad parenting! She didn't have a way to get ahold of us and so we caved and got her a phone for her birthday. She has recitals coming up and we need a way to get ahold of her, or her to call us (if we forget her again!).
For her party she invited several friends over and they made homemade pizza, made a candle craft, got in the hot tub and watched the new Cinderella movie. She had a great time and it was really fun having all these awesome girls in our home. We are so blessed with our kids' friends!
